Subject: Calling outbound via different site depending on country code
Hi, trying to explain as good as possible.
Our org is set up in the Netherlands, has attached a site with number plan and which do all in-outbound calls via same trunk.
Recently company took over a business in France with multiple (small) offices.
The intention is to create a new site for the French business and set up a dial plan.
The business taken over is a cross border claim business. Meaning that staff in the Netherlands needs to call customers in France and vice versa.
In which way is it possible to create a set up that when calling from the Netherlands (country code +31) to France (country code +33) is treated as a 'local' call instead of an international call.
