Hi team ,
We have created the Script which contains Business Skill which is customized entity and we are able to get it during normal transfer to Agent .However, When we try to call the same script during a Scheduled call back we are not able to get the Business Skill to be displayed dynamically .
Also in Another Script when we Click on Schedule Call back button , the functionality works as expected .However , there is a progress button rotating continuously unless we refresh the Screen or go back to the previous Script Page
Kindly help us how to solve the above two issues

What actually happens? Do you get an error? How are you expecting it to be displayed? Where is the data coming from?

What progress button? Is it your own button? Something in the standard UI?

Try setting the skill value as participant data before creating the callback
