Hi Team,

 We have a scenario in Progressive Campaign. Agent schedules a callback and there will be also need to recycle the campaign at some point before the Scheduled callback time. So we need to have a rule in place, so the contacts that are scheduled for callback set by Agent, those contacts need to be skipped post the recycle run.  Let us know if this is achievable.
