Can a user access their personal voicemail remotely?

    No replies, thread closed.
    We had heard that if a user is out of the office and dials their own personal DID direct number, they can access their personal voicemails without logging into PureCloud. 

    We have tested this and when pressing # to access options the call drops.  Is there a way to access the voicemail remotely for anyone that has a direct line?
