  • 1.  Can Agents Self-Evaluate Their Interactions

    I have a customer who wants to assign evaluations to agents, for them to complete on their own interactions (self-evaluation). How can I do this without assigning them permission to other agents' interactions?

    And is it possible for agents to calibrate a supervisor's evaluation? If so, what permissions do they need?

    Hey Nicki,

    I don't believe that is possible at the moment. I did find this Idea in the Product Ideas Lab for Agent Self-Evaluation that is currently tagged as Future Consideration. I would recommend that you click the VOTE button on that page and it should notify you via email as this Idea progresses through development.
