Genesys Cloud - Main

Hi,

one of our clients is considering Genesys Cloud integration and they currently have O365 E3.  The idea is to force route the inbound calls received by Genesys to Teams queue. I assume we will need the usual GC-SBC-TEAMS connection, but until now we were always doing it with E5 and wondering if this can be done with E3 as well.

If all you want is calling back and forth, you will need to setup an SBC for Teams Direct Routing or go with a company that will host that for you.  Also, you will need the Teams Telephony license added to the E3 or get E5 licenses for everyone.

thank you. What if it is GC to Teams in one direction only? We want calls to be unconditionally forwarded to Teams?
