  • 1.  Can I turn off Transcription by Agent

    I am working with our European office and they want to keep the call recordings but turn off the transcription.

    I only seen a trunk or queue option, I need to be able to turn off transcription by agent?

    @Jennifer Malavazos Yeah, that is not possible. 

    There is an idea  "Separate Voice Transcription Policy from Call Recording Policy" (https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/DARSTA-I-217), status "Under PM Review" that may have what you are looking for.
