I'm studying to break my operation into two minor and parted away groups, or subsets. I was wondering if using Divisions I could accomplish that, under the same organization.
I want contact lists contents to be kept apart from one group to other, and also people and performance management / monitoring, queues watching and so forth.
Is that possible? What else could I accomplish by using Divisions in those terms?

It does sound like what you want to do can be done with divisions. If you haven't already read the article about it, go here
The key idea is that a user gets permissions to do actions only on SOME objects in the system, instead of on ALL objects in the system.

Thanks for the reply. I'll dig into this article and this should be enough. I'm excited about this feature. I'm hoping that migrating permissions from to Home division to a new division will have a good support from the new tools.
