    At the moment we can't lock down call recordings to certain users. We're trying to do this by using divisions but we'll need to change what division the old calls belong to

    No, it is not possible to change the division of "old calls via API.

    Not that I can think of. I mean if the recording is still in Genesys Cloud and if the user has the proper permission to get recordings (for this division), he will get it.

    Ah okay, my issue is that some calls have accidently been added to the home division. They're now stuck there and visible for everyone to see. I can't lock them down.

    If there's nothing that can be done then my only hope might be to download them to an S3 bucket and then change the retention policy on the old calls

    Do you know where I go to propose a new feature?
