    We want to execute a user-context API from a Data Action - invoked from Script - is it possible ? (Obviously I tried and failed :slight_smile: ) but want to confirm if its even possible before debugging it in more depth.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, it is not possible at this time. Genesys Cloud Data Actions integration relies on an OAuth Client Credentials Grant client to authenticate and get authorized (configuration at the Genesys Cloud Data Actions integration level) - "server" context.

    Note that there is a Genesys Cloud Idea you can vote for (in Community review) to allow Genesys Cloud Data Actions to manipulate conversations.
