Hi,
I need o get the agent activity details and form a report. For example, TestUser has logged in office hours, attends call, then take break becomes available then do some email, call or chat, goes for training.Later testuser is available to receive calls and log off. Can I achieve this daily activity of an agent and generate report using PureCloud API. I request to suggest for the same.

The Analytics APIs should give you those data points.
