    Thanks for responding , can we write into flow outcomes through an API using conversation ID or configuring them in the architect flow is the only way to use flow outcomes?

    Hi,

    No. The APIs above the flow outcomes. They can then be used within an Architect flow. You can not associate them directly with a conversation outside of an Architect flow.
