CANCEL SIP request is not captured in Genesys Cloud SIP traces only for Inbound calls.
I have checked both JSON and PCAP, CANCEL and OK response are missing; however, 487 followed by ACK are in SIP ladder.
Anyone facing same kind of issue?
Steps to reproduce:
1. Assign DID to Genesys User.
2. Remove default greeting for that user, so that caller will get ring back tone.
3. Call the DID from PSTN
4. Disconnect the call while Genesys user ringing.
5. Get the logs interaction window
