I need to show the Agent First Name  instead of show Agent Full Name. 

Let give me idea about this. is there any key there ?

Try add agent name (Add an agent name and image - Genesys Cloud Resource Center) under "Person Details" and then use the "AGENT_ALIAS" variable to reference it in the canned response.
