    Hello Genesys Community,

    Genesys is constantly updating its user interface to follow industry trends and standards. We are excited to announce the upcoming Canned Responses Admin UI enhancements.

    In September, administrators can access a new user interface for managing their canned responses. The new UI offers improved usability and is more intuitive. Note that this UI refresh includes only style enhancements related to usability and does not include any major functional changes or feature additions, and there is no impact to agent facing views.

    A separate tab for Responses with related functions like search, add, and edit in an intuitive user interface.

    We haven't solidified on that decision yet but will post an update if we do decide to do a Beta to give customers a chance to sign up.

    This has gone live on the 6th of May 2024 - I already have a complaint.
    The filter is resetting once you click save on a response and one needs to keep updating/searching everytime to get back to a specific library.

    This is hella frustrating if you are trying to update a few Responses in one library.

    Honestly i prefer this to be rolled back until this is fixed.

    Hi Dewald,

    Noted. Thank you for passing this on. The team is looking into it. We will address this use case soon. Can you also please log a case with support for this so that it can be linked, documented, and tracked to closure? In the meanwhile, using the "create another" option when creating a response will ensure you stay on the same details page and be loaded another response to create. Though that does not keep the library you last used, we could also look at an improvement on that.
