  • 1.  Canned responses embed link to an image

    Hi there
    My client is trying to have the survey link embedded on an image instead of a link using canned responses.

    So far if i use any other substitution on the image i do get the default substitutions without any issue.
    but if i want to use this custom substitution of the survey link does not work.
    Is there any way to make this work or it's not possible?

    Not sure if we will get that anytime soon, but we are getting Email signatures fairly soon and it might have the ability to include images.  Description is not too clear on that part.  you can check it out here:
