    The resolution of PCDWEBK-3709 allows calls to be made using the API even with a WebRTC phone. This works when calling phone numbers or other PureCloud users, but it does not seem to work when trying to call a Queue.

    POST /api/v2/conversations/calls

    { "callQueueId": "xxxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxxxx" }

    Does not work with a WebRTC phone. But using the phoneNumber field or callUserId field works fine.

    This is low priority for us. Just thought I'd mention it.

    UPDATE: It turns out this is not an API-only issue. I cannot call Queues from the PureCloud client either when using a WebRTC phone. Not a frequent use case for us, just a point of interest.
