I followed the exact steps https://developer.genesys.cloud/api/rest/postman/ but I'm unable to retrieve access token.
I'm getting this error: Error: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND login.mypurecloud

It seems like you have a typo in the hostname as login.mypurecloud is not a valid hostname. If you're unsure of what hostname to use, refer to the list here: https://developer.genesys.cloud/api/rest/
