Hi, I'm having trouble retrieving the participant attributes of a conversation.
I tried:
GET /api/v2/conversations/f4cc310a-d085-42d9-bf15-d510996b55ca
but the response contains only attributes: null, even though in the web view on engage/admin/interactions/f4cc310a-d085-42d9-bf15-d510996b55ca I can see that the attributes' values rendered in the script.
I also tried:
GET /api/v2/conversations/emails/f4cc310a-d085-42d9-bf15-d510996b55ca
but that gives me
404
Conversation f4cc310a-d085-42d9-bf15-d510996b55ca not found.
and
GET /api/v2/conversations/emails/f4cc310a-d085-42d9-bf15-d510996b55ca/messages
which gives me a response, however there are no attributes in it.
Am I looking for the attributes in the wrong place or otherwise misunderstanding something?
Any help is much appreciated.

Please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to investigate the missing data. Customer-specific data cannot be investigated via the forum.
