I try to update an WAV audio file of 1,2 MB into a user prompt that already existed before into this one, but after upload when I click preview, it still plays the old one. That user prompt is used in in-queue call flow. I checked also the permissions and they are in place for me. What could be the problem?

Hi Edgars, u Thanks for reaching out. This forum is really for answering questions related to our APIs and development tools. I did not see anything in your post related to uploading these files with the APIs or CX as Code so if its a problem with core system functionality I recommend you open a ticket with our Care team so that can help you troubleshoot.
