  • 1.  can't find myself in the "people" , but I can log in as an agent.

    I can't find myself(Tao SONG) in the "people", but I can log in as an agent. when I test an inbound call, I can pick up the inbound call as an agent. I can see the interaction in the performance, but my name is gray, not highlight. Could you help me for this issue.

    Hi Tao,

    It looks to be a permission issue. Ensure you have the Directory > User > View permission assigned for the necessary divisions.
