Hello All,
We are working on a custom application using which we are registering for notification event for certain sets of Agents and listening to there event and if they do blind transfer then using our custom code we are sending a disconnect event to one of the internal application.
Customer has 2 org US West for Dev & US East for Prod. We built & tested our code in the Dev region, the problem we are facing is that the set of event which originates for Blind transfer is different in both the Orgs.
In our Dev org when the agent does a blind transfer to a Queue we get a disconnect event for agent first and then Genesys cloud adds the next Queue details in Interaction, but in Prod Genesys is adding the Queue details first and then sending a disconnect event for the agent which is creating trouble in our code. I understand that the same GC application is running in both the region US East & US West but apart from this we are not able to find any other difference in the scenarios and even we are not able to replicate the issue in Dev Org.
So wanted to know if anyone else has seen any difference in events coming from two different region and is there any standard documentation available for the event flows which can help us.
