    I have the following update:

    The Genesys Partner Program made the decision not to count the CCP towards the Performance Target for the Ascend Partner Program, as seen on slide 10 for the FY25 Genesys Ascend Program Guide for Cloud Resellers found here https://genesys.seismic.com/Link/Content/DChXpBW26m2JB8cWdRfCcX3mBX4d. Due to this, the CCP has been discontinued. This was communicated earlier this year to everyone who started the required coursework for the CCP before it was taken down, since the coursework should have been taken before the exam. The Cloud Certified Partner required both the coursework and the exam.
