Hi all, we're trying to implement that scenario:
- inbound call to PureCloud Voice
- an Architect flow starts, that transfer the call to an External number
all is working correctly, but it seems that is impossible in this scenario to use a different number from the "Calling Address" set in Outbound section in Trunk PureCloud Voice - AWS.
Also, to use correctly this Calling Address, it's necessary to set the "Address Override Method" Option to "Always", or it doesn't work.
We've tried these modifications , but nothing changes:
- set the calling address at queue level
- set the Emergency number in Locations side, on creating a different site that use this location
Now the main question is: it's possible to override the ANI set in Trunk in PureCloud Voice, for the specific scenario described above? In case of yes, how?

You can configure the outbound ANI per these instructions: Set the outbound calling address under PureCloud Voice. If you're having issues with these settings, please open a case with PureCloud Care as general configuration is outside the scope of the developer forum. General configuration questions area also appropriate for the PureCloud Community Forum.
