    hello community

    we are looking for a way to replace the value of the "fromUser" field of the invite sip message, in outbound calls, with the phone number selected by the agent on agent script. we found a solution with uui data, which however then requires a rule on the sbc side, has anyone had similar needs and knows a way to set the value of the "fromUser" field directly in genesys?

    Hello Luca,

    I'm not sure if we currently have a way to do this directly in Genesys, though I would love to hear if anyone else has any ideas as to how you could accomplish this. I did find this Idea marked as Future Consideration in the Product Ideas Lab. I would recommend voting and leaving a comment on that Idea.
