Hi Valery
Once youve done your testing, and before you unplug and move the Edge, change the IP address to the new IP/subnet/gateway using the Purecloud UI ( not the LCD)
It will update, go offline but will come back online once youve moved it and plugged it into the new site.

Subject: Change the Edge WAN IP after pairing
Hello Guys. For the Edge paring, customer would like to do the pairing before installing it in a datacenter. They will :
- connect the Edge to Internet by example through an ADSL box on the WAN Port and connect the LAN to internal network
- do the pairing
- do some light testing
- later, move the Edge into a DataCenter (and reconfigure the IP address of the Edge)
From what I understand, WAN and LAN IP are first setup through the LCD screen when pairing the edge.
Later LAN IP can be changed on the fly through PureCloud (https://community.genesys.com/communities/community-home/digestviewer/viewthread?MessageKey=7a63d3aa-1d4b-4045-9a8d-7a43f7f47e68&CommunityKey=bab95e9c-6bbe-4a13-8ade-8ec0faf733d4&tab=digestviewer#bm7a63d3aa-1d4b-4045-9a8d-7a43f7f47e68).
But looks like WAN IP can only be changed through the LCD Screen.
Is there anything that prevent this usecase ?
Can we change the IP address of the WAN Port of the Edge whenever we want without any impact ?
Cheers,
