    For our client we are developing the Web Messenger on their website. They asked if there is any possibility to change the 'Message Us' in a specific text desired from the business.

    Hi - this is not currently possible. I would suggest voting for this idea https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/DIG-I-126 

    The other option would be to create your own custom widget for web messaging.
