Anyone else notice a change to the Phone Management View? If so, were you expecting it and I simply missed a communication somewhere? This is in addition to the bug that was found earlier this week where if you click on extensions in the left side tool bar in the Telephony Menu and it takes you to the Quality Dashboard applet
I was going in to check on a phone an agent was having trouble with today and I notice that the view has changed when you go to Phone Management. Instead of seeing columns for the primary and secondary edge, there is a new column that says Status. It appears that I can change the "View" at the top to see phones that are Registered, Not registered, Partially Registered for both the Primary and Secondary Edges and we can filter for the remaining columns in the view by typing in the filter section. We have managed Edges so the one thing I do see that we are missing now is the ability to see specifically which edges the phone is connected to. In the past, we would be able to click on the phone and it would show us that information, but now it simply shows if the phone is registered or not registered with a primary and secondary edge but doesn't show the specific edges.
Before I overreact, I am just wondering if everyone else knew about this change and I just overlooked the communication.
