When using outbound dialing, is there a way to set the Name column data from the Contact List to show up on the placed calls? By default it appears only the location (i.e. “Houston TX”) shows up under External Participant when looking at a queues view.

POST /api/v2/conversations/calls has properties for callerId (ANI number) and callerIdName (ANI name). However, these values depend on the trunk being configured correctly to allow the ANI to be set. If you're not seeing the ANI come through, please open a case with PureCloud Care to investigate. They'll need to look through edge logs, which cannot be done here.
