Hello!

I'll start by saying I'm primarily in Workforce Management, but we are looking at the possibility of changing the amount of days we are open from 7 days per week to 6. I am struggling to find where I can make this change, which I'm hoping would also make a change to the way forecasting works by eliminating the day altogether. Could someone help with some next steps?

That is mainly controlled in the Work Plans - just don't schedule on the Sunday (I am assuming that is your sabbath) so it will not consider that day or any agents. You could then set your Weekend to start Sunday as well under Management Units.
