Hi,
I'm having an issue using the API to change a users presence.
I need to be able to change a agent that is on queue to available, the call to change to "Available", works fine. Using just the following in developer tools to test: { "presenceDefinition": { "id": "6a3af858-942f-489d-9700-5f9bcdcdae9b" } }
Source I just set to PURECLOUD. User presence changes to available, and routing status changes to OFF_QUEUE as expected.
My issue comes when the agent the press then On Queue button in PureCloud UI to begin to recieve interactions again, their status doesn't change in API, and their routing status is still OFF_QUEUE, but visually in the PureCloud UI they are On Queue, just not recieving interactions. If the agent press Off Queue in PureCloud UI, and On Queue again, it updates the status to On Queue correctly in API, and they begin to recieve interactions.
What am I missing here?

Please open a case with PureCloud Care. This sounds like a bug with the UI.
