    Is there a way to integrate teams chat into Genesys Cloud directly from Genesys Cloud.

    As in the client will be able to communicate using teams on their end, and will be sent through to the agent on Genesys Cloud.

    The new Microsoft Azure Communications Services does allow for this, but Genesys would have build the connector unless you use the Guest Messaging API and build your own based on ACS.  I know this is on the roadmap and the idea Federated chat between Genesys Cloud and | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io) is accepted.  There is development work under Public API that allows developers to | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io) that will allow for this.   No timeline I can see so far.
