Checked around a little and not seeing anything, but I also feel like I've asked this before... apologies if I have.
One of my customers leverages the "rich presence" feature of Skype to great effect in their team... They rely both on the color indicator as well as the typed status (i.e., "be right back") within their persistent chat groups intra-day.
I'm trying to get them off of Skype (as is Microsoft), but they are really missing the rich presence bit. They can see that information in the favorites list, but would like for the group chat pop out to have it so they don't have to keep bopping back and forth.
Are there any folks out there with a similar use case and/or has anyone seen any roadmap items relative to rich presence?
I guess the wildcard here is MS Teams.... hopefully there will be an integration for that soon.
