Hi Guys,

I have implemented a DNC number add data action via Rule sets on genesys cloud org. I need assist on how we can check if a number exists in a DNC list. Checking API explorer, I am not finding a data action I can use to achieve this. Any ideas how this can be achieved as I need to implement logic on trigger to check after a call is disconnected if the expirarydatetime is populated for the added number?

I imagine that you will need external resources through the endpoint https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/api-explorer#get-api-v2-outbound-dnclists--dncListId--export, for example, AWS lambda.

You need to export the file with the DNC list to read and verify/find the number.
