    Hi guys

    I thought I saw that they'd released a cherry picking API to let us pick an interaction from queue and direct to a user or ourselves.  But I'm drawing a blank trying to find that.  Has anybody used it and can point me to it please?

    Hopefully this is what you are looking for,
    Under Conversations > Assign
    /api/v2/conversations/{conversationId}/assign

    POST
    :  Attempts to manually assign a specified conversation to a specified agent. Ignores bullseye ring, PAR score, skills, and languages.

    Thanks Martin, yes that's it - thanks.  It was the "assign" word I wasn't looking for.  Have you used this?
