    Anyone please share the steps to configure Cisco 7821 IP phone with Genesys cloud which have Customer Hardware Solution Edge devices installed on premises. .

    Hello Tibin,

    I did not see that phone listed in our Managed phones: models and features matrix. You will likely need to set up the phone as a generic SIP phone.
