Hi all,
My customer want use the chrome extension Genesys Cloud for Chrome.
Earlier he had Genesys Cloud for windows, configured as default app to managed the URL tel:. We deleted this settings on Windows.
He installed the extension. Now when he click on a phonenumber on the webpage, the chrome extension was not used to make the call. We can see a alert, sending by windows, to choose the default app.
Anyone has had this problem? Do you know if there is another setting to change?
With a new laptop, we don't have this issue, the chrome extension is used for the click to dial.
