Hi, I would like to install the browser extensions for Genesys so that I can click on the telephone number on our intranet website to make a call via Genesys. Earlier we had Avaya, our intranet website had link on the phone number to call using Avaya Desktop Agent. Now I have uninstalled Avaya, I do not have the link on the phone number. I have installed the chrome extension for the Genesys. I can make calls from Genesys App. But, I do not see the link in the intranet website for click to dial on the telephone number to make a call. Appreciate any help on this topic.
