    Hi,

    My company is working on getting a new Oracle based CIS system. For our agent desktop, we want this application to be within the Genesys workspace. To accomplish this, I added a Client Application to our Genesys system. 

    I added all the iframe Sandbox Options that were applicable (allow-scripts,allow-same-origin,allow-forms,allow-modals,allow-popups,allow-downloads), and I am having a couple functionality issues I was hoping someone can shed some light on. I did try enabling the "Use Pop-out Authentication for Embedded iframes" and this didn't resolve either issue. 

    1. We are using Single Sign On for agents to log into the Oracle application. If the agent logs out of the Oracle application, and tried to log back in, they receive the following error: login.microsoftonline.com refused to connect error message. In order to log back in with SSO, the agent has to log out of Genesys, log back in, and then log back into the Oracle application. When doing this outside the Genesys workspace the agent experiencing no issues.
    2. We have a popflow window within the Oracle application that needs to be logged into as well. When we try and launch this window, we are receiving the following error: Timeout error- Action did not respond within 15000ms. We have no issue loading this outside of the Genesys workspace. 

    Please let me know if you have any suggestions or possible solutions to these issues.

    Hello Angelica,

    Have you been able to capture console and network logs and see if there is any other info with regards to those errors?
