Is there a way to make Client Apps visible to Authorized orgs/users?
We added a Client App with the Application Category of contactCenterInsights, this shows under the Performance tab.
Since the filtering is limited by Group instead of Role there does not seem to be a way for authorized orgs/users to be able to see the new option. Am I missing something?

This is currently a limitation of org trust users; they cannot be added to groups. I have added that as an enhancement tracked as CLPLA-I-551.

Out of curiosity, what type of app/data are you hoping to access cross-org?

@anon43424206 It is a custom set of reports that are loaded by use of the client apps functionality.

Thanks. I guess the question is why do you need to give access to Trusted Users? Could you just give them access to the embedded app directly or configure the same app in multiple orgs. (depending on whether those users are support users, a partner, or multi-org administrators.

Yes we can and did add it into our org for verification but that just shows we configured it properly in our org. It nice to make sure it works from the customer org. While the idea of authorized orgs and users seems like it would be useful for Genesys Partners to support their customers, the implementation of the feature seems half baked at best. There are far too many cases where we still have to resort to billable users in the customer orgs to do our job.

@kellcomnet - I am the product manager over Auth Orgs. The original feature was aimed at Admin related functions, Trusted Users as you know aren't agents. We did recently add the ability to add Groups to a pairing request, this way you don't have to manage multiple individuals per pairing.
There is some good news! We are adding 'Agent' features, we expect to begin development in Q3 for release in Q4. Let me know if you have any questions!

Yes the ability to use groups would have been great if it worked, I have reported issues with that implementation already where parts of PureCloud don't see permissions if they are granted to groups instead of users.

@kellcomnet - Can you shoot me the cases?
