  • 1.  Closed for Holidays - But pulling into Forecast?

    No replies, thread closed.
    I just ran a forecast for the three weeks starting 5/30 so that I can do schedules for that time period. We are closed all federal holidays, however the forecast is saying that we are expecting calls on Monday, May 30th (Memorial Day). How do I set the system up so that it doesn't project call volumes for weekdays when we are closed due to a holiday? Thanks!
