Wondering if any options to customize the welcome message on co-browsing (especially voice). we would like to change the section where you enter the code to have a disclaimer that the agent can't see the PII information on the screen, and how to disconnect.

I believe this is a limitation with co-browse currently and would be a great feature request in our ideas portal. 

But while this needs to be a feature request I may have a potential work around using the Messenger JavaScript toaster plugin. This allows you to display custom alerts, add custom disclaimers, show specific messages about PII and include disconnect instructions. 

If you are interested in this you will need to access the messenger configuration and make sure to use the messenger JavaScript toaster plugin to implement your custom messages.
