I was adviced by support to post my question to this forum.
I am trying to setup co-browsing but when I use the "Co-browse API Example Use" found at https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/cobrowse/ I got error messages. I have configured a Co-Browse deployment key in PureCloud and modified the reference to the "PureCloud Co-browse Javascript API" to look like: <script src="https://cobrowse.mypurecloud.ie/cobrowse-jsapi-v1.js?deploymentKey=HjE9EKOkmNkQ80TBtbiDiAo0y6vhnDEV&locale=en"></script>
The error message I get from the webpage is: jsapi-startSharing-dd6e7dff.js:157 WebSocket connection to 'wss://cobrowse.mypurecloud.ie/ws?deploymentToken=AQEDAHhdkjfZgNuIWLGiR8uL4b…vd2VkIjp0cnVlfQ%3D%3D.IXN%2B8QPEzrQQv%2Bw7in5uFmU%2BbiaH4H5oSs92cgzyoGc%3D' failed: HTTP Authentication failed; no valid credentials available

I've asked the developers for this and this error can come from not including the correct domains in your deployment.
