    Genesys Education is excited to announce the Coaching: Usage for Supervisors course has been refreshed to reflect the latest Coaching and Scheduling enhancements.
    Most of the updates can be found in the Scheduling a Coaching Appointment module, where you'll learn how to:
    • Access the new Coaching Appointment Wizard from QM, WFM, and Agent Development View
    • Schedule and complete coaching appointments using the updated wizard
    • Choose from the three new booking methods: Optimal, Custom, and Off-Schedule slots
    The course has also been updated throughout to reflect the new navigation UI, ensuring a consistent and up-to-date learning experience.
