    Does anyone know if it is possible to schedule a coaching session with out an interaction?  More specifically, if a supervisor would like to schedule a coaching session, is gong thru the interaction tab the only way or can the supervisor select an agent and just schedule?

    Hi Dennis,

    The other way to schedule coaching is to go to the Agent Development workspace. From there select the agent you want to schedule the coaching for. Once you have drilled down to that agent it will show a whistle icon to the right of their name. Press that and you can schedule the coaching without an attached interaction.

    Hi Dennis,

    There a couple of ways to initiate a coaching session. As Michael mentioned visit the Agent development tab and press on the coaching button as shown below-
     

    From here you will see the same coaching screen and you can skip or bypass attaching interaction, PDF or link and simply schedule the session with agent. It will allow you to do so, example snippet below-
