Genesys Cloud - Main

We are using the co-browse feature to help customers during checkout but the page contains elements inside an iframe. We are not in control of that embedded page so we cannot add attributes or classes for masking.
We also looked into the mask patterns but there is no reference about what type of patterns are expected or examples of how to write one.

How can we mask elements inside an iframe?

I believe you will need to include the "cobrowse-masked" marker in your CSS for that page and then it will be blocked in the co-browse session.  @Chad Hansen, is that something you can chime in on?​

Hi Marco,
At the moment Co-browse is not able to support external content within iFrames.
We have an idea posted to support iFrames here: https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/DIG-I-1016 We'll revisit this Idea next year.
