Hi, I'm facing an issue with CoBrowse sessions not resuming after a page refresh. The screen remains frozen on the agent's side, and the customer can't restore the session either. I tried using Genesys("command", "CobrowseService.acceptSession") , but it resulted in a "JOINFAILURE" and "Error: server closed connection." This used to work a few days ago.
If anyone has encountered and resolved a similar problem or has any insights on handling CoBrowse sessions after a page refresh, I'd appreciate your help.
