Can you please advise if we can collect the alphanumeric value from caller in Genesys Cloud Cx?
Yes you can using the Any or REGEX slot. The problem will be accuracy. If you can scope the REGEX to specific patterns or pull in possible accounts using a dynamic slot, that can be used to better match against the input.
