    We are getting all last 10 conversation ID for a customer from Genesys API into Collection String named Task.ConversationID. Now we have to extract the wrap code for all 10 calls but for that before we have to extract Collection string into different variable like below.

       Task.ConversationID[1], Task.ConversationID[2],Task.ConversationID[3], Task.ConversationID[4], Task.ConversationID[5], Task.ConversationID[6], Task.ConversationID[7], Task.ConversationID[8], Task.ConversationID[9] and Task.ConversationID[10]

    This is require to excute another API request to get wrap code against COversationID[1] and others.

    My ask is as below.

     

    Customer ask is to display last 3 months of customer history as part of screen pop along with wrap code and wrap notes if any.

     

    From Genesys API we are getting customer's last 10 conversation ID into Collection String and we have to pull respective wrap code against each conversation ID using another API. 

    So we have to save all individual conversation id into variable ConversationID[1] , ConversationID[2] .and so on 

    Is there any way to achieve the same?

    Have you looked at Single Customer View?  Single customer view overview - Genesys Cloud Resource Center.  This allows agents to see every call for the past 90 days based on a phone number or email address and includes queue, user, wrap-up, and notes if you use them.
