Thank you so much for the guidance Gina. We named it as 'Static meal' and it surely helps us distinguish between the static and the dynamic lunches. But yeah we surely need an indicator. Thank you once again Gina. Have a wonderful day ahead!

We also created a Static Lunch code. However, I definitely suggest you call name it something where the "Static" indicator is in front. If not, you have to hover over the activity to see the full name to know not to move it. We, of course, did not do that. We went with Lunch-Static because we wanted the Lunch part to be the first thing the agent saw to avoid questions and now I hate having to hover to know.

Hi Aefreen Khan
Genesys does not currently have an option for selecting colors for activity codes. I believe there are product ideas in the ideas lab that request this feature. For now my suggestion would be to create a new activity code in the meal category and name it "Static Lunch" then have that built into the workplans of those agents who have static lunches.
Thanks

Hello All,
Good day!
Is there an option to colour code static lunches and be able to distinguish them from the dyniamic ones. I may end end of moving these lunches, even though I have updated the description as fixed.
